Purpose. Assist in the resolution of Sam Houston State University parking citation appeals.

Member Appointments. The President makes all appointments.  The University Faculty Senate nominates two full-time faculty; the Student Government Association nominates two students; and two staff members are nominated by the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Operations. All terms will be alternating two-year terms, ending August 31st, with one member of each category rotating off each year.

Chair Appointment. The chair must be a full-time employee and will be appointed annually by the committee from among its members. The chair will only vote in the event of a tie.
